Browser sidecar

Move from a land listing into AcreSignal without scraping the marketplace.

The sidecar is a lightweight browser overlay for investors who find land on marketplaces first, then want AcreSignal underwriting, reports, and assistant handoff.

What it does

The sidecar captures the current listing URL, lets the investor add asking price, acreage, parcel identity, state/county/ZIP, coordinates, and strategy, then checks a quick market score or opens a prefilled AcreSignal report start. It also copies a ready-to-paste payload for your AI assistant — Claude, Codex, Cursor, and more — with ChatGPT support coming soon.

Price per acre

Manual price and acreage become an instant valuation sanity check.

Market score

State, county, or ZIP give a quick public market-score teaser.

Report start

APN or coordinates move the listing into AcreSignal preview and full report flow.

Assistant handoff

Send the same safe listing context to your AI assistant without exposing marketplace paths.

Data policy

The sidecar does not scrape, fetch, parse, or transmit marketplace page content.

The release-candidate sidecar reads only window.location.href. The investor manually supplies the fields that drive underwriting context. The market score uses stored aggregate ledger data and suppresses thin samples. Deeper provider calls still require an authenticated AcreSignal report job; the first full report is free and later reports use credits.

Marketplace terms still matter. This package is intentionally user-triggered and avoids page scraping so it can serve as a safer bridge for listing-to-report workflows.
