Commercial terms for using AcreSignal parcel reports, land intelligence, AI assistance, and paid report credits.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AcreSignal websites, applications, APIs, dashboards, parcel reports, data enrichments, AI features, documentation, report credits, and related services. By creating an account, clicking accept, generating a report, purchasing report credits, or otherwise using AcreSignal, you agree to these Terms.

AcreSignal is operated from the United States under the AcreSignal trade name. Legal, billing, and business contact details may be updated in an order form, invoice, or written notice from AcreSignal.

If you use AcreSignal for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

AcreSignal helps land investors identify and prioritize possible parcel opportunities using aerial imagery, maps, public records, third-party property data, customer-selected markets, enrichment providers, and AI-assisted analysis. The service may include parcel review, ZIP or city centering, focused market snapshots, expanded coverage zones, ownership enrichment, sales-history indicators, scoring, CSV exports, and Agent responses.

AcreSignal may change, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any feature, data source, provider, model, report product, credit system, limit, or workflow at any time, subject to applicable law and paid order commitments.

AcreSignal does not guarantee sellers, acquisitions, revenue, return on investment, outreach success, conversion rates, property conditions, ownership accuracy, sale status, buildability, access, title condition, data completeness, model accuracy, report availability, or that any output will satisfy your business goals.

All confidence labels, rankings, estimates, maps, addresses, owners, sale dates, prices, property types, recommendations, and AI-assisted responses are provided for informational business use only and must be independently verified before reliance.

The service uses machine-learning models and third-party AI systems that may hallucinate, omit information, misclassify imagery, fail to detect visible features, detect features that do not exist, produce stale outputs, generate biased or incomplete results, time out, become unavailable, or change behavior without notice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI-assisted outputs. AcreSignal is not liable for decisions, outreach, expenses, bids, dispatches, purchases, staffing, routes, or other actions taken based on model outputs.

You must provide accurate account and business information, keep credentials secure, promptly notify us of unauthorized access, and remain responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, misuse data, abuse infrastructure, avoid limits, reverse engineer the service, or harm AcreSignal, users, providers, or third parties.

Report credits, add-on credits, expanded coverage, enrichment, or other paid features may be subject to limits, expiration, reset periods, fair-use rules, and overage controls shown in the product or order flow. Unless expressly stated otherwise, credits are not cash, are not stored value, have no monetary value outside AcreSignal, are non-transferable, and may be used only for eligible AcreSignal features.

Report-credit purchases and other one-time fees are charged through our payment processor. Prices may change prospectively. Taxes, payment processor fees, chargeback costs, and currency conversions may apply. Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable and unused credits are not refundable.

You may not use AcreSignal to violate law, infringe rights, harass people, discriminate unlawfully, send unlawful calls/texts/emails, bypass do-not-call or consent requirements, scrape or resell the service, overload infrastructure, probe vulnerabilities, introduce malware, share credentials, create competing datasets or models, remove attribution, misrepresent outputs, or use the service for surveillance, stalking, sensitive profiling, or consumer eligibility decisions.

You are responsible for compliance with laws governing marketing, telemarketing, text messaging, email, privacy, trespass, recording, contractor licensing, consumer protection, real estate data, and industry-specific outreach.

AcreSignal is not a consumer reporting agency and the service does not provide consumer reports. You may not use AcreSignal or any output for credit, employment, housing, insurance, tenant screening, government benefits, or any eligibility purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws.

AcreSignal does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, real estate, marketing compliance, or professional advice.

Maps, imagery, geocoding, property records, ownership information, sale history, and enrichment data may come from public records and third-party providers. Those sources may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, subject to license restrictions, or different from current real-world conditions.

AcreSignal includes mapping features and content. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You may not extract, cache, copy, redistribute, create datasets from, or use third-party content except as allowed by AcreSignal and applicable provider terms.

You retain ownership of business profile information, notes, prompts, uploaded or submitted content, and other content you provide. You grant AcreSignal a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, modify, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Non-public business, technical, pricing, product, security, and account information disclosed by either party should be treated as confidential and used only to perform or receive the service, except where disclosure is required by law or the information becomes public without breach.

AcreSignal may be unavailable because of maintenance, deployments, provider outages, network failures, rate limits, model failures, mapping issues, database incidents, abuse controls, force majeure events, or other causes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time operation.

AcreSignal and its software, designs, workflows, models, prompts, scoring logic, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and proprietary methods are owned by AcreSignal or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcreSignal is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, quiet enjoyment, or that outputs will be complete, current, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcreSignal and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, substitute services, failed outreach, missed opportunities, or decisions made from outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AcreSignal for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred dollars if you used only free services.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AcreSignal and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, providers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your outputs, your outreach, your violation of law, your customer relationships, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of third-party data.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, legal risk, provider requirements, abuse, breach of these Terms, or discontinuation of the service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state specified in your order form or, if none is specified, the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought individually and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If a change materially affects a paid plan, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the product, email, or billing flow.

Legal, billing, and support notices should be sent to the AcreSignal contact address configured for this deployment. Include your business name, account email, and a clear description of the notice.
