Privacy Policy · Last updated April 25, 2026
Privacy terms for parcel intelligence, report data, payments, and AI-assisted workflows.
This policy explains what AcreSignal collects, how the platform uses it, when it is shared, and the limits of model-generated or third-party data.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to AcreSignal websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, parcel previews, full reports, support interactions, and related services. By using AcreSignal, you direct us to process information as described here and in our Terms of Service.
AcreSignal is intended for business use. It is not designed for children, consumer eligibility decisions, employment screening, tenant screening, credit decisions, insurance underwriting, or any purpose regulated as a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as name, email, password authentication data handled by our authentication provider, business name, business address, business phone number, website, service-area notes, report-credit balance, billing status, and account settings.
We collect usage information such as log-in events, parcel previews started, report jobs queued, ZIP or city searches, map centers, selected parcels, report-credit usage, PDF generation, AI prompts, feature clicks, device/browser information, approximate location from IP address, cookies, local storage values, diagnostic logs, and error events.
We process market and parcel information such as coordinates, parcel identifiers, acreage, map tiles, imagery context, confidence labels, property addresses, owner names where available, sale dates, sale prices, assessor indicators, land-use context, climate and hazard signals, and related enrichment outputs. Some of this information comes from public records, map providers, third-party data providers, model outputs, or customer-selected report parameters.
We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers. Payments, invoices, receipts, fraud checks, and payment method details are handled by Stripe or another payment processor.
How we use information
We use information to create accounts, authenticate users, generate parcel previews and full reports, display maps, estimate credits, cache recent search results, reduce duplicate API calls, enrich parcel records, generate PDFs, provide AI-assisted answers, manage report credits, prevent abuse, improve reliability, debug errors, measure product performance, and communicate about the service.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve detection quality, estimate costs, understand market demand, improve onboarding conversion, refine pricing, and build new features. We do not use customer account passwords or payment card data for model training.
AI and model processing
AcreSignal uses machine-learning and AI systems to analyze imagery, summarize market data, and assist with parcel prioritization. These systems can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, biased, unavailable, or fail to identify real-world conditions. A detection, confidence score, recommendation, or Agent response is not a guarantee that a parcel is buildable, legally contactable, accurately owned, free of title issues, or suitable for investment.
You are responsible for independently verifying outputs before outreach, underwriting, bidding, purchasing data, mailing, or making business decisions.
Sharing and processors
We share information with service providers that help us operate AcreSignal, including hosting, database, authentication, email, payment processing, mapping, imagery, property data, analytics, logging, security, support, and AI infrastructure providers. These providers process information to perform services for us.
Mapping providers may receive search terms, IP addresses, latitude and longitude coordinates, and related map interaction data as needed to provide map features, subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
We may disclose information to comply with law, subpoenas, court orders, governmental requests, tax obligations, payment disputes, fraud investigations, security incidents, enforcement of our agreements, or protection of rights, safety, and property.
If AcreSignal is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, asset sale, or diligence process, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction.
Parcel data and public records
AcreSignal may provide business users with parcel and property information derived from public records, aerial imagery, customer-selected report inputs, third-party data, and model inferences. Report outputs may include personal information such as owner names and addresses where permitted by source data and applicable law.
Customers must use parcel and owner information lawfully, including compliance with real estate, marketing, telemarketing, text messaging, email marketing, do-not-call, trespass, privacy, consumer protection, and industry-specific rules. AcreSignal does not determine whether a particular contact method or investment use is lawful for a particular parcel or owner.
Cookies and storage
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, theme preferences, session management, security, analytics, and product functionality. Blocking these technologies may prevent the dashboard from working correctly.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain audit logs, prevent abuse, support billing and tax records, improve product reliability, and preserve backup copies. Scan results, usage events, billing metadata, and support records may be retained after account cancellation where necessary for legitimate business, legal, security, or compliance purposes.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, production secrets management, authentication, payment processor delegation, security headers, origin checks, and logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
Your choices
You may update business profile information in Settings, manage billing through the payment portal, export certain lead data, request account deletion, or contact us about access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or opt-out rights that may apply under your jurisdiction.
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, limit certain sensitive personal information uses, and opt out of sale or sharing as those terms are defined by California law. We do not sell customer account information in the ordinary sense. Some lead-data functionality may involve public-record or third-party property information supplied as a business product output.
International users
AcreSignal is operated from the United States. If you access the service from another country, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our providers operate.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy and support requests should be sent to the AcreSignal support address configured for this deployment. Include your account email, business name, request type, and enough detail for us to verify and process the request.
