# AcreSignal Sidecar Privacy Disclosure

The AcreSignal Sidecar is a no-scrape browser overlay for land investors.

## Data Read By The Extension

- Current page URL from `window.location.href`.
- User-entered asking price, acreage, APN or parcel ID, state, county, ZIP, latitude, longitude, and strategy.

## Data Not Read By The Extension

- Listing page DOM content.
- Marketplace listing descriptions, photos, owner names, seller contact fields, cookies, local storage, or page text.
- Background marketplace pages or search results.

## Data Sent To AcreSignal

The extension sends only the cleaned current listing URL and the fields the user manually enters. Query strings and URL fragments are removed before handoff.

## Provider Spend

The public market-score check uses stored AcreSignal ledger aggregates only. Paid data providers, AI synthesis, owner exports, skip trace, and report artifacts require authenticated AcreSignal workflows outside the extension.

## User Control

The user decides whether to check a market score, open a report form, or copy an MCP payload. The extension does not automatically submit listing pages for analysis.
